Terms of Service

1. Services Provided

Vexal Hosting LLC (“Host”) provides game server hosting for Minecraft and other online games, as well as cloud hosting for Discord Bots, MongoDB, and NodeJS applications. Host is not affiliated with Discord, MongoDB, NodeJS, Minecraft, or any future games or services not explicitly listed.

2. Eligibility for Services

Users must be at least 13 years old or the age of majority in their jurisdiction. Users under 16 within the European Economic Area (EEA) must have verifiable parental or guardian consent. Use of services by minors must be under legal guardian supervision.

3. User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate account information.
• Remain responsible for all activity under their account.
• Do not use services for illegal activities or third-party rights violations.
• Maintain personal backups of all files and data.

While Host implements data safeguards, it shall not be held liable for data loss.

4. Prohibited Uses

• Hosting or distributing malware.
• Performing denial-of-service attacks or port scanning.
• Engaging in any illegal activity under local, state, federal, or international law.

5. Payments and Refunds

All services must be prepaid. Refunds are at Host’s sole discretion.

Chargebacks or fraudulent activity may result in immediate service suspension.

Overdue invoices incur a 5% late fee unless other arrangements are made.

Services are suspended 3 days after missed payment and deleted after 30 days of non-payment.

6. Suspension and Termination

Host reserves the right to suspend or terminate services for any breach of these Terms, with or without notice.

7. Modifications

These Terms of Service may be updated at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.

8. Fair Use

• Use must be reasonable and non-abusive.
• Services must not interfere with others.
• Usage must comply with all applicable laws.

9. Disclaimer

Services are provided "as is" and "as available" with no express or implied warranties.

10. Limitation of Liability

Host is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service use or unavailability.
